1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WindowInstallService's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with WindowInstallService operated by WindowInstallService LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2. Service Description
WindowInstallService provides professional window installation, replacement, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include:
- Window installation and replacement
- Custom window fitting and measurements
- Window repair and maintenance services
- Professional consultations and assessments
- Emergency window services
- Warranty and post-installation support
3. Service Agreement and Estimates
All service agreements begin with a consultation and written estimate. The estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Site conditions discovered during installation
- Changes to project scope requested by the client
- Additional materials or services required for code compliance
- Unexpected structural modifications needed
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Payment is structured as follows: 25% deposit upon signing the service agreement, 50% due upon material delivery, and the remaining 25% due upon project completion and customer approval.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options are available for qualified customers
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee
- Payment in full is required before project completion
5. Warranties and Guarantees
WindowInstallService provides comprehensive warranty coverage:
- Installation Warranty: 5-year warranty on all installation workmanship
- Product Warranty: Manufacturer warranties ranging from 10-25 years
- Satisfaction Guarantee: 30-day satisfaction guarantee on completed work
- Emergency Service: 24-hour response for warranty-related emergencies
Warranties are void if windows are damaged by acts of nature, misuse, or modifications by third parties not authorized by WindowInstallService.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their service agreement under the following conditions:
- Before Material Order: Full refund minus $150 administrative fee
- After Material Order: Refund minus materials cost and 20% restocking fee
- After Installation Begins: No refund available, but warranty terms apply
- Three-Day Right: Residential customers have 3 business days to cancel without penalty
7. Liability and Insurance
WindowInstallService maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of use or business interruption
- Damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence
- Pre-existing conditions discovered during installation
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
8. Property Access and Preparation
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area and is responsible for:
- Clearing the work area of personal belongings
- Providing adequate parking for service vehicles
- Ensuring pets are secured during work hours
- Providing access to electrical outlets and water if needed
- Notifying us of any hazardous materials or conditions
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required by law or for service delivery purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:
- Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve through direct discussion
- Mediation: Binding mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration: Final binding arbitration in accordance with state regulations
- Jurisdiction: All legal matters subject to local and state jurisdiction
11. Changes to Terms
WindowInstallService reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
